26.5.05 05/01326/FUL Change of use from storage building to one habitable dwelling Refused 29th July. Appeal lodged. The Appeal is allowed and planning permission granted subject to conditions set out in the Formal Decision including (a) submission of a Method Statement setting out the precise construction details for the conversion and (b) no fences, gates, walls, oil tanks, satellite dishes, swimming pools or extensions to the building shall be erected or placed within the curtilage of the dwelling approved.
1.8.05 05/02017/FUL Temporary stopping place for 4 caravans for use by gypsies and travellers and change of use of existing store to toilet and shower block Refused 12th September. Too late to appeal.
19.5.06 Appeal Appeal against notice stating "without permission, the carrying out of engineering operations namely the provision of a hard surface of loose stones on the land". Ref: APP/G2245/C/06/2012617. Appeal lodged. The Appeal succeeds in part on legal grounds and the enforcement notice affecting that part is corrected. Otherwise the appeal fails and the enforcement notice as corrected is upheld as set out in the Formal Decision. In effect this means the hard standing to the side of the track must be removed within 2 months from the date of appeal and be re-seeded with grass but that at the rear of the site can remain.
