THE PARISH COUNCIL IS DELIGHTED TO ADVISE YOU THAT IT MANAGED TO SECURE THE LARGE PLOT ON THE CORNER OF GREEN COURT ROAD, AT AUCTION FOR £160,000.  THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO PLEDGED MONEY AND ALL THOSE WHO OFFERFED SUPPORT WHICH ENABLED THIS TO OCCUR.  ALSO THANKS TO EVERYBODY WHO HELPED BY  DELIVERING LEAFLETS ETC. 

FOLLOWING A PUBLIC MEETING IT WAS THE MAJORITY WISH THAT THE LAND IS LET OUT FOR GRAZING OF HORSES AND WE HOPE TO ARRANGE THIS IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.  MEANWHILE WE ARE LOOKING AT SECURING THE SITE WITH NEW FENCING.

THE SMALL PLOT SOLD FOR £90,0000 AT AUCTION TO SOMEBODY OUTSIDE OF THE VILLAGE.  WE HAVE NO FURTHER INFORMATION ON THIS.
