Main Parish Council Meeting
On the 2nd Thursday of each month (apart from August). Held in Village Hall, Stones Cross Road, commencing at 7.30pm. The public is actively encouraged to attend and there is an opportunity for public questions at completion of the planning section, at 9pm and at the end of the meeting if time permits.
If there are applications to consider, these will be the first items on main meeting agenda. Aletrnatively, a separate planning meeting may be arranged on 4th Wednesday of each month, commencing 7.30pm in the Committee Room of Village Hall. Again the public is actively encouraged to attend and will be permitted to speak at the allotted time.
The Annual Meeting is held once a year in May to elect Chairman/Vice Chairman, and to confirm responsibilities of Councillors and appoint representatives to outside bodies.
Annual Parish Meeting
The Annual Parish Meeting is held once a year in the Spring, to receive reports from Parish Council, District Councillor, County Councillor and local organisations.

The Parish Council office is open Mon-Thurs 9.30am-1.30pm. It is sometimes open outside of these hours.
Please note however that when the Clerk is on annual leave there is no cover so it is advised to ring the office before calling in. A note will be displayed on the door when the office is closed.
